Can you work as an outsourced in-house designer?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's a common arrangement. We can run as a fractional design partner on a monthly retainer, picking up the day-to-day work an internal team would normally handle: social posts, decks, event collateral and quick-turn campaigns.

Do you build templates we can edit ourselves?

Accepted Answer

Where it makes sense, yes. For social and presentation work we'll set up Figma or Canva master templates with locked brand styles so your team can produce on-brand variations without breaking the design.

Question 3

Can you do one-off projects, or only retainers?

Accepted Answer

Both. We're happy to take on standalone campaigns, single events or a one-time deck refresh. Retainers tend to deliver better value for clients with a steady stream of work, but they're not a requirement.

Question 4

Will I get the editable source files?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On final invoice you receive the editable source files (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) along with exported assets in the formats you actually need — PNG, SVG, MP4, PDF, whatever fits the channel.
